By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Bevilacqua Law, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Program Description

By opting in, you can expect to receive messages including appointment reminders, case status updates, secure document links, billing notifications, and general communications related to your representation.

Message frequency varies depending on the current activity and needs of your specific legal case.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to Opt-Out (STOP) You may opt out of our SMS communications at any time. To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message you receive. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a final text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from our firm. If you wish to receive messages again in the future, simply contact our office to re-enroll.

Carrier Liability
Participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
